After just one year, our unique not-for-profit beer festival has become one of the most hotly-anticipated craft beer events in Europe.

Hosted by Cloudwater Brew Co - widely recognised as one of the world’s leading independent breweries - the second edition of Friends & Family & Beer will bring together more than 70 of the best independent breweries from across the world and is expected to attract more than 4,000 visitors to Manchester.

It takes place at Manchester Central, an iconic building and world-class events space right in the heart of the city, on February 21st and 22nd 2020.

More than just a beer festival, Friends & Family & Beer is a celebration of independent values, collaboration and community. That’s why we the event will also include a whole host of extra content led by attending brewers and guests from across the industry, from talks and tastings to debates and seminars. We’ll also showcase music, art and food from some of our region’s best producers.

In the same vein, one of the core elements that makes this event stand out is that it will be completely not-for-profit. All profits resulting from ticket sales will be donated to a selection of good causes, which we’ll be announcing soon..

But we can’t do this on our own, so we are looking for sponsors to help us deliver an outstanding experience for both drinkers and brewers, and to help us raise as much money as possible for a number of seriously worthy causes.
